Damn good wish we had a Eagle Cap Grill back home. Coming from Central Oregon the price and quality of food is unreal. 4 pints of pallet jack at happy hour cant beat that! Keep up the awesome work..cheers
We came in with a group of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). The restaurant was easy to maneuver with a walker and we all sat outside. The service was quick and attentive. The portion sizes were quite large (think 3 breaded chicken breasts for the chicken strips). Food came out relatively quickly and everyone enjoyed the meal. For the individual eating gluten free she had a grilled chicken burger with a gluten free bun and side salad. The price was good. Bathrooms were clean and sweetly decorated. The cinnamon rolls looked huge (dinner plate size). Would certainly go there again!
What a restaurant! My family visited the area and chose to eat there, and we don't regret it! The food was amazing and huge in portions. We were all full by the end. The staff was very friendly and kind as well. However, this place will be truly memorable thanks to someone who took care of our pay. We were a total stranger to the area, but that person did us a huge favour. If you are reading this, my family and I would like to say thank you for your kind act of kindness. Nonetheless, the restaurant is AMAZING and it is a must-good in Baker City.

Went to town for a visit and it had a new owner. It was a Sunday night and the lot was packed! I got out of my car and the husband and I could smell the food right away and it smelt amazing! And the taste was even better. Warm and friendly. Great service and food. They seemed pretty busy but it got the food quick hot and delicious. Definitely will be coming back again next time I come to town! :))
My wife and I love this place! Service is always amazing! Very clean, staff is courteous and friendly. The food is always great, been the on several occasions and have yet to have a less than awesome experience! The owner of the establishment even serves and hosts too, this was impressive as well, leading from the front! The calamari is fresh and served perfect, all the burgers are amazing, i get jalapenos on every type I order and they are fresh, not canned or pickled. Breakfasts we have tried are the omelets, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Each one is homemade and tastes like I cooked it myself lol. Best place in Baker for family dining.
Monday night, early March, in a fairly deserted town — and we were so fortunate to find this gem open and ready to feed us dinner. The service was warm and welcoming - and better yet, the food was great. My steak salad had a perfectly cooked to order steak - others were happy with their southwest salad and club sandwich. Get a cinnamon roll for the morning .:. You won’t have any regrets.
I’ve been craving a really good burger and decided to give Eagle Cap a try. The burger options were great. The burger not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Perfectly grilled burger with generous toppings. The buffalo chips were delicious and portioned beyond my ability to consume them all. The service was fast and wait staff friendly and helpful. I reviewed the entire menu and will definitely be returning to try other menu items. I highly recommend dining here.
